Developed an end-to-end brand and content redesign for a local independent bookstore, clarifying its narrative and creating a cohesive visual system to improve clarity and approachability across touchpoints.

Performed a heuristic evaluation of the existing website and collaborated with my team to redesign the user experience, improving navigation flow, accessibility, and how clearly TKTC’s energetic mission is communicated throughout the site.

Redesigned YouTube Shorts’ discovery experience by developing a full research plan, screener survey, interview protocol, and hypothesis framework, then creating lo-fi concepts to support more intentional, topic-based content exploration.
